How Loca-Pass works :
  Financing :
       1. the deposit guaranteed
       2. payment of rent and service charges guaranteed.
The Loca-Pass advance :
  How the advance works
- The Loca-Pass advance can be paid in the form of a loan
- It is paid directly to the lessor as soon as the loan has been accepted by the tenant and the credit organisation

Amount of the loan
- Corresponds to the totality or part of the deposit demanded by lessor
- Corresponds to a maximum of 2 months rent exclusive of service charges, the monthly installments being at least 15€

 
  Rate
- 0% interest rate
- no dossier or agency fees


Duration
- The loan is to be reimboursed by the tenant within 36 months. Payment can be deferred 3 months.
- Can be cumulated with ‘LP guarantee’but not with an allowance given by the FSL
- Can be cumulated with ‘pret pass- travaux’

Conditions :
- The lease must be signed.
- The beneficiary must not have a similar allowance given by the FSL.
LP guarantee :
  The LP guarantee must be mentionned in the annexe to the lease

Can be cumulated with ‘LP adavance’

In case of financial problems, the ‘Caisse 1%’ undertakes to ensure payment of your rent and services charges for 18 months in a 3 year period dated from your arrival in the rented property.

Amount of LP guarantee :
Is equal to 18 months rent and service charges

The money is paid to the lessor after the first non payment and one month after a formal demand remains unpaid. This advance is to be reimboursed by the tenant,interest free, within a delay of 3 years.
